At Handcraftor, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and components

  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Starting a Return

Please do not ship products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect orders before shipment, but mistakes can occasionally happen.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective or not functioning properly

  • Missing parts or components

  • Different from the item you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue. We'll review the case and work toward a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

These may include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

  • Gift cards

Any item specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase is also excluded from this policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Refund Process

If approved:

Shipping charges from the original order are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

European Union Customers

Customers located within the European Union may have additional consumer rights, including the right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable regulations.
